In addition to the actual production hall, the 8400-square-meter (90,000 square feet) campus is the North American headquarters for ZEISS Industrial Metrology Business Group.

It also includes new development and design facilities and a center for basic and advanced training of customers. The showroom gives an overview over the entire product and performance portfolio. The facility offers customers even more advanced services when it comes to consultation, measurement services, special training and system support.
