Carl Zeiss Pte Ltd: Singapore and Batam

We would like to inform you that Carl Zeiss Pte. Ltd. has received the necessary approval (reference no.: 5e8b347012cfb700114d6a5e) from Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry to continue with operations from 7 April 2020 to 4 May 2020.

We assure you that ZEISS will continue to be there for you. As such, our hotline remains open as usual to all customers - with our Sales and Technical teams ready to support you remotely where possible.

We are aware that some customers are providing essential services and are exempted from shutdowns. ZEISS will be providing essential emergency on-site services in addition to telephonic and remote support to these pool of customers.

To ensure the wellbeing of our employees and customers, ZEISS will still be adhering to the advice from the Ministry of Trade and Industry and limiting employee movement. We will prioritise remote support as much as possible to reduce physical interactions. Essential on-site services will, therefore, be reserved for emergency breakdowns.
