Regional Sales Manager (Surgical Oncology - Radiotherapy), Asia & India - Medical Technology

Based in Singapore, we invite qualified and sincere candidates who enjoy working closely with customers and sales organizations in the regions of Southeast Asia, India, Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate would be an outstanding and highly motivated individual with excellent customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
 

• Responsible for developing, expanding and managing the Sales Channels network for Surgical Oncology (Radiotherapy) portfolio 
• Provide sales/product training (ie: marketing, clinical and training resources) for Sales Channels 
• Regular visits to existing customers (ie: Radiation Oncologists, Breast Surgeons, Physicists and Hospital Management) 
• Identify and evaluate market potential on Radiation Oncology and Breast Surgery market 
• Develop strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders in key markets 
• Coordinate local marketing activities, sales administration and sales logistics 
• Establish yearly and quarterly sales plans
• Organise and attend symposiums, trade shows, conferences, exhibits, seminars

• Degree in Business Administration, Science or equivalent
• At least 7 years of sales experience with successful track record in selling capital equipment with distributors, preferably in the medical industry 
• Strong sales experience in managing distributors for capital equipment, in Asian and Indian markets
• Knowledge of the Oncology / Radiotherapy market is an advantage
• A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Proactive entrepreneurial management style 
• Good team player and excellent leadership skills
• Willing to travel more than 70% of the time
